The service had made us wait a long time. The food wasn't that good.

Very good food - unfortunately a bit adventurous service and hotel manager. Effort alone is not enough. Beverage orders were repeatedly placed ... but it never arrived ;-). Then a tiresome discussion with the lady of the house - we were twelve guests with an average turnover of 40 € per person - about the payment of two glasses of beer which (I repeat myself) never arrived. The "hotel manager" shines with a somewhat peculiar manner. However, I assume that his occasional choleric "tics" are due to illness. It may make sense to explain this to inexperienced guests. The kitchen is, without a doubt, extremely good.

Had dinner here! Menu 34.50 fish and meat great! Vegetables completely failed, not seasoned and raw! We would have wanted to give 5 stars. Masks are not worn properly by the staff! Watch out! Otherwise a nice environment

Great rooms, great beds, comfortable and to put it simply, perfect all round. Food also delicious.

We are regularly there for bowling. Of course, we also enjoy good things from the cellar and kitchen.

Ihringen was our home for about 14 years, every year we came here several times for lunch, dinner or just a glass of wine. Always tasty and the service was always friendly. Price quality was certainly good.

Very nice, modern and spacious rooms, some with a terrace. Good cuisine, wonderful wine from the family's own estate. We were completely satisfied. S-Bahn stop in the immediate vicinity. Local transport included thanks to the guest card.

Very clean and tastefully decorated, modern rooms. The food was civically creative and delicious. The bowling alley in the house is a great way to spend a nice evening (even in rainy weather). We felt comfortable all around!

Have eaten there yesterday, was much better. In the kitchen was arguing loud, so that it was heard in the guest room. Will probably not go anymore. Too bad, we were very happy to eat there until last year.

I can only comment on the restaurant. Unfortunately our table ( a table of 6) and other tables as we found out, on a Saturday night had to wait 1.5 hours for for our food. No apologies and comments made by the waiters or manager. It’s quite unacceptable to wait so long for food so I hope this doesn’t happen to others guests who eat here. Just be aware of this. The food was fine for the price.

In the back yard, sat comfortably even though it was very warm, together in August. To eat: good solid home cooking. Neat and freshly cooked. You shouldn't expect any finesse. But that's good and at a reasonable price level. The service is rather mixed, from listless to nice, but it works. The wines are great, direct producer bottlings. We particularly liked the local pinot gris. The late Burgundy barricque, on the other hand, was rather one-dimensional. The schnapps is absolutely worth trying. After the final invoice, good evaluation with deductions for service, but recommendable.
